Which size should I take?

Our pairs generally run 0.5 to 1 size large. If you wear EU44 in Nike, take EU43; if you wear EU44.5, take EU44. The Size Guide on this page has every measurement, and if you're between two sizes, write to us before you order.

When will my order ship?

The same evening or the next day, wherever you are in the world. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your pair leaves us, and you can follow it anytime on Track your order.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

None at all. There are no customs or import fees to pay on delivery, wherever we ship: the price you see is the price you pay.

Can I return or exchange my pair?

Yes, you have 30 days from the day you receive your pair to return or exchange it. Just click Returns in the menu at the top of the page or at the very bottom of the site, and follow the steps.

How do I keep them looking good?

Give them a day off. Leather needs time to dry out between wears; alternating pairs doubles their life. A cedar shoe tree keeps the shape and absorbs moisture.

Caught in the rain? Stuff them with paper and let them dry at room temperature, never on a radiator or in the sun.

Smooth leather: a soft cloth for dust, a matching cream polish every few weeks, and the creases will age instead of crack.

Suede and nubuck: spray a protector before the first wear, brush them dry with a suede brush, and rub small marks away with a suede eraser.

My brother and I never agree on shoes. Showed him Otter expecting the usual comment and he actually liked them. Mine arrived first, sent him a photo and now he's waiting for his own pair. Didn't see that happening.
